Business Development Manager – NDIS (NSW)

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to help grow our presence and partnerships within the disability services sector, supporting participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This role is ideal for someone who understands the care/disability ecosystem and can confidently build long-term relationships with providers, support coordinators, and stakeholders.
In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong referral networks, and contribute to sustainable growth aligned with participant needs and service quality. You will play a key part in expanding access to high-quality supports for people living with disability across NSW.
You will be working closely with internal leadership and service delivery teams to shape growth strategy, represent the organisation at sector events, and ensure all partnerships reflect NDIS standards and participant-focused outcomes. Strong commercial thinking balanced with empathy for participant outcomes is essential.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and executing business development strategies across NSW
- Building relationships with NDIS support coordinators, allied health professionals, and community organisations
- Identifying new referral pathways and partnership opportunities
- Representing the organisation at industry events and networking forums
- Collaborating with internal teams to align growth with service capacity and quality
- Monitoring market trends and NDIS policy updates to inform strategy
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (NDIS or disability sector highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and related service systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively
- Strategic mindset with a strong ethical and participant-first approach
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within NSW

Pay: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour
