About the role
We are seeking a commercially focused Business Data & Intelligence Specialist to support business performance through KPI reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, and actionable insights.
You have an opportunity to design, build, and set up our business data and intelligence platform. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will develop Power BI dashboards, deliver performance reporting, identify business improvement opportunities, and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
- Analyse business performance and provide actionable insights.
- Design and build Power BI reports and visualisations.
- Perform data analysis, forecasting, and business modelling.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Support reporting automation and AI-enabled analytics initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- CPA, CA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent qualification highly regarded.
- At least 3-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar.
- Strong Power BI, Excel, and SQL skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
