Bom Korean Restaurant is a well-established Korean restaurant located in Hazelwood Park, Adelaide. We are committed to delivering authentic Korean cuisine and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and lead our team.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Supervise, train and support front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage staffing requirements.
- Monitor restaurant performance, sales and operating costs to maximise efficiency and profitability.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Assist with implementing promotional activities and maintaining the restaurant’s operational standards.
Requirements for the Role
- Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing restaurant operations, staff rosters and inventory.
- Strong understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and liquor licensing requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
