We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Disability Support Worker to support a highly engaging, active, and friendly participant based in Preston.

About the Role
You will provide one-on-one support to a participant with a vibrant lifestyle, assisting them to participate in a range of community-based activities and maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support in line with the participant's goals and preferences.
- Support community access and participation.
- Assist with outings, including:
- Attending work-related activities.
- Participating in social outings and events.
- Supporting involvement in sporting and recreational activities.
- Promote independence, inclusion, and positive engagement.
About You
- Friendly, reliable, and engaging personality.
- Passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve their goals.
- Comfortable working with active participants and supporting community-based activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in disability support are desirable.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
