About the Role
Horsham Rural City Council is seeking an experienced Coordinator Property Management to lead the strategic management of Council's property portfolio.
In this role, you will oversee property acquisitions and disposals, leasing and licensing activities, and provide expert advice to senior leaders and Council. You will play a key role in ensuring Council's land and property assets are managed effectively, sustainably and in line with legislative and strategic requirements.

- Qualifications in property, business, law or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of property management and relevant legislation.
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills.
