General Labourer – Timber Flooring / Construction
Insight Flooring is looking for a reliable full-time General Labourer to join our timber flooring team.

We work on residential timber flooring projects, mainly in Sydney’s north, including the North Shore and Northern Beaches to Palm Beach, as well as the Eastern Suburbs. Our work includes solid hardwood, parquetry, engineered timber flooring and custom staircase work.
This is a hands-on site role. No timber flooring experience is required. General construction experience is highly regarded, but attitude, reliability, physical capability and willingness to learn are more important.
For the right person, there is scope to progress into timber flooring installation, floor preparation and more skilled site work over time.
The role includes:
Assisting installers on site
Loading, carrying and moving materials
Site preparation and clean-up
Helping with timber flooring installation, levelling and preparation works
Learning from experienced tradespeople
Working across multiple sites throughout Sydney
You will need:
White Card
Current driver licence
Reliable way to get yourself to different sites across Sydney
Full-time availability
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting and carrying materials
Reliability with early starts
Willingness to listen, learn and work as part of a team
