* The Technical ‘MacGyver’: You have a knack for AV and technology. Whether it’s patching a mic, troubleshooting a projector, or setting a basic lighting cue.
* An experienced team leader: You give volunteers, the confidence, support and direction they need to succeed.
* The juggler and problem solver - You can manage the demands of performers, a queue of excited patrons, and a team of volunteers—all while maintaining a professional and warm presence.
* The Detail-Oriented Custodian: You’re the person who always double-checks the locks. We need someone who takes the responsibility of building security and the final end-of-night lockout seriously.
* Community-Minded: You are passionate about LGBTQIA+ history and culture. You want your work to have purpose and thrive in an inclusive, vibrant environment.
* Available and Ready: You are looking for casual work and can commit to at least 3 evenings per week.

The Nitty Gritty
* Skills: You must have proven experience in basic AV/Tech (Sound & Light), an RSA competency card, and a background in supervising a small team or volunteers.
* Availability: Essential—Candidates must be available for a minimum of 3 evening shifts per week. (Ideally even more availability in June this year for PrideFest)
* Role: This is a casual position based in Darlinghurst.
