About the Role
As a registered nurse in our ACT Casual Pool, you can enjoy the flexibility of choosing shifts that suit your lifestyle while gaining experience across our four beautiful residential homes in Page, Curtin, Lyneham, and Kaleen. No two days are the same — every shift brings new experiences, new residents to support, and new opportunities to grow:
Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents
Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team
Provide clinical leadership, ensuring individualised, integrated, effective and safe clinical care
Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual’s unique goals and preferences
Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities
Must be able to work across all 4 sites mentioned above

Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
