HEYCHIC is a growing Australian fashion retail brand, offering relaxed, feminine and easy-to-wear styles for everyday occasions. With new stores opening in Brisbane, we are looking for passionate and friendly Sales Assistants to join our team at Westfield Mt Gravatt and Westfield Carindale.
Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of HEYCHIC. You will provide excellent customer service, help customers with styling and product choices, support daily store operations, and help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
This role is suitable for someone who loves fashion, enjoys talking to customers, and wants to work in a fun and fast-paced retail environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales
· Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance.
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
· Assist with styling, sizing and outfit suggestions.
· Drive sales through active customer engagement.
· Support the store team in achieving daily sales targets and KPIs.
· Create a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.
Product Knowledge
· Learn about new arrivals, fabrics, sizing and styling options.
· Understand current promotions and store offers.
· Share product information confidently with customers.
· Keep up to date with best-selling items and new collections.
Store Presentation
· Maintain a clean, tidy and organised store environment.
· Replenish stock on the shop floor.
· Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
· Ensure fitting rooms are clean and well managed.
· Keep racks, tables and displays neat throughout the day.
Store Operations
· Process sales transactions through the POS system.
· Assist with stock deliveries, unpacking and stockroom organisation.
· Support opening and closing procedures when required.
· Follow store policies and company procedures.
· Assist with stock control and loss prevention.
Skills & Experience
· Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
· Fashion retail experience is a bonus.
· Strong communication skills.
· Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Reliable and punctual.
· Able to work in a fast-paced shopping centre environment.
· Available to work weekends, late-night trading and public holidays as required.
