About the Role
As a Senior CCR, you’ll help lead our client care team and support clients during some of the most challenging moments they’ll face with their pets.
You’ll take a hands-on approach to daily operations; ensuring processes run smoothly, guiding the team, and maintaining a calm, empathetic and professional front of house. This is a varied role that blends leadership, administration, and client communication in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and mentoring our client care team.
- Providing professional and empathetic communication to clients both in person and over the phone.
- Overseeing administrative tasks including payments, invoicing, and follow-ups.
- Maintaining compliance with hospital systems, software and procedures.
- Working closely with the veterinary and nursing teams to support quality patient care.
- Variety of shifts – days, nights, weekends, public holidays.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in administration, client care, or a similar role.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience.
- A calm, professional, and empathetic approach when supporting clients and colleagues.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
- A growth mindset, with a genuine desire to learn, develop, and continuously improve.
- Experience in a veterinary clinic or fast-paced medical environment is highly regarded.
