This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to step into a more specialised role as a Clinical Nurse Consultant (or work towards) within a highly supportive environment.
About The Role
As a Continence Clinical Nurse Consultant within the Community Health team you will work across the lifespan, helping improve patient outcomes through evidence-based continence management while also supporting families, carers, and clinicians.
You’ll provide specialist assessment, education, and support across a variety of settings including:
- Acute inpatient services
- Outpatient clinics
- Community and outreach programs
In this role, you will:
- Deliver expert continence assessment, management and education
- Provide clinical consultation and support to multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor and educate clinicians to build capability across services
- Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives
Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds
