As our Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Endeavour Foundation's digital future. Working closely with the Chief Information Officer and senior leaders, you will lead the development of our enterprise architecture function, creating a clear digital enterprise strategy and adaptive technology roadmap that supports innovation, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
This role is not just about technology. We're looking for someone who can understand and improve business processes, ensuring our systems, data and technology investments enable efficient, effective and scalable ways of working across the organisation.
Key duties of this role are to:

Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, frameworks and roadmaps.

Align business strategy, digital transformation initiatives and technology investments.

Design future-state business, application, data and technology architectures.

Drive continuous improvement of business processes and operating models.

Lead architecture governance and technology decision-making.
-
Provide strategic advice to business and technology leaders.

Guide application portfolio management, rationalisation and optimisation.

Support cloud-first, modernisation and digital transformation initiatives.

Develop architecture approaches for AI, automation and emerging technologies.

Partner with stakeholders to improve integration, data quality and business capability.

Identify innovation opportunities through market research and technology trend analysis.

Mentor teams and promote architecture best practices across the organisation.
What you can bring to the team
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture within a large and complex organisation.

Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, including TOGAF.

Experience developing architecture roadmaps, standards, principles and reference architectures.

Proven success leading architecture outcomes that support digital transformation.

Strong business process analysis, optimisation and continuous improvement skills.

Ability to translate business strategy into practical technology and architecture plans.

Experience establishing and participating in architecture governance processes.

Broad knowledge across business, application, data and technology architecture domains.

Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.

TOGAF Certification (essential).

AI Governance or Responsible AI Certification (highly regarded).

Business Architecture Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma qualifications (desirable).
You will be required to undertake a Fit2Work National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
