Seeking a Spray Painter to join our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare repaired panels by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming to ensure high‑quality paint adhesion.

Mix and match paint colours using spectrophotometers and tinting techniques to meet OEM standards.

Apply base coat, clear coat, and specialised finishes using HVLP spray guns in controlled environments.

Perform polishing, denibbing, and final detailing to achieve Capital S.M.A.R.T’s premium finish standards.

Clean, maintain, and calibrate spray guns, booths, and mixing equipment to ensure consistent performance.

Follow strict WHS procedures, including PPE use, safe chemical handling, and booth ventilation protocols.
