Position Summary:
BreastScreen Victoria is committed to delivering highquality, inclusive and accessible breast cancer screening services to support the health and wellbeing of communities across Victoria. As we continue to strengthen and evolve our services, we are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join us as our next Innovation Hub Manager for a parental leave cover of up to 12 months. Part time opportunities will be considered.
About the Role
We are looking for a person with demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of projects and/or programs, management of PMOs, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the capability to build and maintain effective working relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for innovation and improvement to step into a key leadership role.
The Innovation Hub Manager is responsible for driving innovation across BreastScreen Victoria. The focus of the role is to manage the development, implementation and evaluation of innovative projects and ideas. You’ll also provide oversight of the entire BSV Project Portfolio, overseeing all new ideas and ensuring they are appropriately prioritised, as well as driving project management maturity and continuous improvement across the organisation.
The successful applicant will also be expected to manage projects, lead a small team of Project Leads and provide coaching, guidance and support to other Project Leads across the organisation to ensure successful delivery across the portfolio.
