We’re now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join this team—bringing expertise in case management and investigations , and the ability to operate at pace across a multi-site environment .
About the role
Partnering closely with Centre Leadership Teams, you’ll work hand in hand with and report to the HR Manager (Centre Quality) to manage complex employee relations matters across your portfolio.
This is a high-impact, high-volume role focused on:
End-to-end case management across multiple centres
Leading workplace investigations with integrity and procedural fairness
Supporting leaders to confidently manage performance, conduct and risk matters
Ensuring alignment to Journey Standards, compliance and legislation
Your work will help embed consistency, strengthen leadership capability, and support the delivery of safe, high-quality environments for children.
About you
You bring a calm, structured approach to complex environments and thrive when managing multiple cases simultaneously .
You will have:
Proven experience in high-volume case management and investigations
Experience supporting multi-site or distributed teams
Strong knowledge of employment relations and compliance
The ability to coach and influence leaders with clarity and confidence
A commitment to safe, respectful and consistent practices
