As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate accounts across Townsville, Cairns, Mckay, and Rockhampton. Leveraging your strong relationship management and commercial acumen, you will drive customer retention, increase share of wallet, and identify new business opportunities to deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.
Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will develop strategic account plans, uncover customer needs, and position Winc's broad range of workplace solutions to create long-term value. This role requires an experienced sales professional who can confidently engage with large and complex accounts, influence key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes while achieving sales targets.
