As a Full-Time Gaming Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our members and guests enjoy a welcoming, entertaining, and professional experience every time they visit.
In this role, you will:

Deliver exceptional customer service across our gaming, bar and club operations
- Build positive relationships with members and guests while responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ensure gaming areas are presented to a high standard and operate in accordance with venue procedures and regulations
- Provide food and beverage service, including preparing and serving drinks
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Utilise your hospitality experience to consistently exceed customer expectations

To be successful, you will have:

Current NSW RSA and RCG qualifications
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Previous hospitality, gaming or customer service experience (preferred)
