School Supervisor – IB & Examinations
Permanent, Full-time role (38h per week, annual FTE at 0.77)

Working closely with the Deputy Principal, Head of Secondary, and Head of IB, you will be at the heart of student support, academic administration, and examination excellence.
1. IB Administration & Student Support
Be the operational backbone of the IB programme.
- Act as the first point of contact for IB students and parents
- Manage IB systems (Toddle, Pronote, Eduka, EDT) and student records
- Coordinate timetabling adjustments, study hours, excursions, and class councils
- Support teachers with reports, transcripts, and academic documentation
- Prepare IB transcripts and support alumni requests
- Contribute to a positive, structured, and student-centred school culture
2. Examinations Leadership (IB, DNB & BAC)
Ensure examinations run smoothly, securely, and professionally.
- Serve as the Examinations Lead for weekly, mock, and final exams
- Coordinate exam schedules, rooms, supervision, and logistics
- Prepare and brief exam supervisors; supervise exams when required
- Communicate exam rules and procedures clearly to students
- Liaise with relevant staff on special exam arrangements
- Contribute to the development and improvement of examination policies
3. Whole-School Administration & Collaboration
Support the wider school community with professionalism and flexibility.
- Provide high-level administrative support to school leadership
- Prepare professional correspondence and translate documents (EN/FR)
- Maintain secure records and archives in line with IB requirements
- Support Secondary staff and assist with school operations as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and service delivery
The IB admin and exams lead position involves working late (until 6 pm) on Thursdays and Fridays and involves holiday work to organise and supervise IB exams (April and November holidays).
Skills and Experiences:
Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent) and significant experience in a similar role
Strong customer focus, with the ability to build trusted, long-lasting relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency highly regarded, with strong cultural sensitivity
Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities and changing demands
Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Discreet and professional, with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
A collaborative team player with a positive “we, not me” mindset
Confident user of office systems, IT equipment, and school management platforms (e.g. EDT, PRONOTE, EDUKA)
