We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team and help drive our operations forward. Key Responsibilities
Assist and work in Operation and Production teams for day-to-day work, Including:
- Planning: Coordinate and plan production jobs in line with sales forecasts and sales orders.
- Batch Documentation: Prepare and issue batch documents for review and execution.
- Scheduling Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, QA) to ensure production jobs are on track and delivered on time.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Project Management: Support new projects as directed by senior management, ensuring that deadlines and expectations are met.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the QA, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and materials.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Operations Manager or senior executives.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in production planning. Experience in either planning for a company’s own brands or working in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) environments is highly relevant.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in pharmaceuticals is highly regarded. However, candidates with a background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or similar industries are also encouraged to apply.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to every task, particularly in managing production schedules and inventory.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Chinese is highly regarded but not required.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act proactively to resolve challenges that arise.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data Entry: Strong data entry skills are required to update and maintain records accurately.
- Qualifications: A background in relevant industries such as chemistry, manufacturing, or food is desirable. Accounting or other related qualifications with experience in planning roles are a bonus
