Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in-person and over the phone, offering personalized sales assistance.
- Answer incoming phone inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Utilize the Xero system to manage sales transactions and inventory records.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, ideally in a retail or high-end product setting.
- Confidence and skill in both face-to-face and phone-based sales.
- Proficiency with Xero (or similar inventory/sales systems).
- Strong organizational skills for managing stock and ensuring availability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
