Laborer
Welder / Fabricator

Employment Type: Full-time (4-day work week)
About the Role
We are a small fabrication business seeking A Laborer to join our team. We are open to qualified tradespeople who take pride in their work and have hands-on welding experience but we are predominantly looking for a laborer. Don't know how to weld? We can Teach you!
Work is a mix of workshop-based fabrication and on-site installation, including opportunities to work in coastal regions and travel interstate.
You should have Full working Rights. This position is being filled with longevity in mind, However we are not in a position to sponsor at this time.
Key Responsibilities
- Welding and fabrication of light to medium steel/ aluminum components
- Framework and general fabrication work
- Finishing and quality control of fabricated items
- Occasional site work and installations.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Capable of working both independently and part of a team when required.
What We’re Looking For
- MIG welding experience (ideal)
- Experience with metal finishing. (ideal)
- Good attention to detail and workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to travel Interstate for site work when required.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a small team environment.
- Access to reliable transport.
- White Card.
