Assigned Guardian Angel (AGA) is looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Rostering Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping things organised. You will play an important role in coordinating our support workers and ensuring our NDIS participants receive reliable and consistent support.

About the Role
As our Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating support worker rosters, managing changes and ensuring shifts are appropriately covered.
No two days will be exactly the same. You will regularly communicate with support workers, participants, families and the management team to keep services running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and maintaining accurate support worker rosters
- Matching support workers with participants based on availability, skills, preferences and support requirements
- Coordinating shift allocations and finding replacements when required
- Managing staff leave, cancellations, shift changes and last-minute coverage
- Communicating roster updates with support workers
- Liaising with participants and families regarding service schedules
- Monitoring staff attendance and following up on missed or cancelled shifts
- Maintaining accurate staff availability and rostering records
- Assisting with the onboarding and rostering of new support workers
- Checking that workers have the required compliance documentation before being allocated shifts
- Identifying staffing gaps and communicating recruitment needs to management
- Maintaining accurate information within our rostering and client management systems
- Supporting general administration and operational tasks when required
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with people and able to think quickly when plans change.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination or administration
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence communicating with staff, participants and families
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions quickly
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and rostering/client management systems
- A professional approach to confidential and sensitive information
- A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
Highly Regarded

- NDIS or disability services
- Aged care
- Community services
- Healthcare
- Support worker rostering
- SCHADS Award
- Sling or similar rostering software
