Qualifications and Experience Required
-Certificate lV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with 2-3 years experience as Chef
-Proven experience working in a dynamic high performing kitchen environment
-Sound knowledge of Food Safety legislation and compliance requirements
-Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently andcollaboratively within team.
