APEX Property Solutions & Co is looking for reliable cleaners to join our team for ongoing casual/part-time work across the Central Coast and surrounding areas.
The work will vary from general house cleans through to commercial cleaning, builders cleans, renovation cleans and end of lease/bond cleans. Some jobs are straightforward maintenance cleans, while others will require more detail and a bit of extra effort.
Duties may include:
- General residential cleaning
- Commercial and office cleaning
- End of lease/bond cleans
- Builders and post-renovation cleans
- Kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Wiping surfaces, cupboards, skirting boards and high-touch areas
- Oven and appliance cleaning
- Window/glass cleaning where required
- Final presentation cleans before handover
We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest and takes pride in their work. You need to be able to turn up on time, follow instructions, communicate clearly and work properly without needing to be chased up.
Cleaning experience is preferred, especially with end of lease or builders cleans, but we are also happy to work with the right person if they have a good attitude and are willing to learn.
You will need:
- Licence and own transport preferred
- Weekday availability
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- A professional attitude when working in homes, rentals and businesses
- Police check preferred or willingness to obtain one
This role would suit someone looking for casual or part-time work with the potential for ongoing jobs. Hours will depend on workload and availability.
