We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality breakfast and lunch experience in a warm, welcoming environment.We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and fast-paced Casual Chef or Cook to join our team.The RoleThis is a casual position with a primary focus on handling our day-to-day kitchen operations and absolutely crushing the lunch rush. You will work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure meals are prepared to a high standard, presented beautifully, and delivered fast.Key Responsibilities
- Menu Execution: Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items quickly and consistently.
- Rush Management: Manage high-volume tickets during the busy lunch rush without sacrificing quality.
- Prep & Stock: Handle morning prep work and monitor stock levels to ensure the kitchen is always ready for service.
- Food Safety: Maintain exceptional standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness (HACCP compliant).
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to keep service running smoothly.

- Experience: Proven experience working as a cook or chef in a busy, fast-paced café or restaurant environment.
- Speed & Stamina: The ability to keep a cool head, work efficiently, and maintain high standards under pressure during peak periods.
