We're looking for an ambitious and passionate Assistant Store Business Manager to join our Karrinyup team.
This opportunity has become available due to the continued growth of the business and the need for additional leadership support within the store. Working closely with the Store Business Manager, you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, developing the team and delivering exceptional customer experiences while building your own leadership capability.

About the Role
As Assistant Store Business Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Business Manager to support all aspects of the store's success.
You'll lead by example on the shop floor, coach and develop team members, drive sales performance and ensure every customer receives an exceptional premium experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Store Business Manager in achieving sales, KPI and operational targets
- Leading the team in the Store Business Manager's absence
- Coaching, developing and motivating team members to achieve their potential
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Assisting with roster planning, productivity and operational excellence
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Supporting stock management, inventory control and loss prevention
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You're an experienced retail leader who enjoys developing people and creating exceptional customer experiences.
You bring energy, initiative and a strong commercial mindset, with the confidence to support and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
You'll have:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader or Senior Retail Supervisor
- A passion for premium retail and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- A proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
- A desire to continue growing your leadership career within a premium retail business
