A highly regarded early childhood provider is seeking an experienced and passionate Nominated Supervisor to lead their boutique 60-place service located in Cobram VIC.

About the Role
As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role within the service, supporting educators, guiding the team, and driving quality practices across all areas of the centre.
Working closely with management and educators, you will help maintain a collaborative and high-performing environment while ensuring compliance with the NQF and centre policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators
- Drive high-quality practices and continuous improvement
- Support staff development and provide ongoing guidance
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Ensure compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and centre policies
- Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture
About You
- Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Centre Director
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
- Passionate about supporting educators and developing teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
