Vale Plastics efficiently produces a diverse range of components using various machinery and processes.
We're looking for someone preferably local who is a good multi-tasker & has someone who has some technically minded skills to help in our small and busy factory.
This position is being offered as casual work 2 - 4 days a week, permanent part time/full time would be considered. We are happy to work around tertiary study timetables which we understand change from term to term.

The role is working with our manufacturers to assist with production and fabrication & assembly of materials. While experience working with plastics is not critical an eye for detail and using your time productively is important.
Brief Description
Fabricating assembly of plastic components
You will assist in producing a wide range of plastic components using a variety of machinery and processes.
Key Tasks
Cutting acrylic to size
Sanding & polishing acrylic
Fabricating
Cold bending/ Heat bending
Gluing acrylic
You should be the sort of person who:
- Has a great eye for detail and always spots those little issues that other people can't seem to see.
- Can work at a good pace without supervision.
- Enjoys problem-solving.
- Is good at multitasking, juggling multiple jobs at once.
- Likes things to be organised and enjoys getting things done quickly and efficiently.
