We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented Casual Sales Associates to join our Chatswood store.
As part of the New Balance team, you will play a key role in bringing the New Balance experience to life, your responsibilities include:
- Delivering friendly, personalised customer service and building genuine connections
- Driving sales by understanding customer needs and helping them find the right fit
- Supporting customers with product advice across footwear and apparel
- Maintaining the store presentation in line with New Balance visual merchandising standards
- Assisting with stock operations, including deliveries, replenishment, and stockroom organisation
- Desire to challenge yourself to achieve individual and company objectives.
To be successful you will have:
- Previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment (highly regarded)
- A confident communicator who enjoys working in a team environment
- Energetic and positive can-do attitude
- Well-presented with a professional approach
- Willingness to learn and grow your product knowledge
- A keen interest in retail, fashion and sporting trends
- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends.
