Cross Care Parramatta is a growing practice dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality allied health care to our local community. We're looking for a registered speech pathologist to join our team part-time, supporting clients with a range of communication and swallowing needs.
The Role
We're seeking a qualified and compassionate speech pathologist to provide assessment and therapy services on a part-time basis. You'll work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, with a caseload tailored to your interests and experience.
What you'll do:
- Conduct speech, language, and/or swallowing assessments
- Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans
- Liaise with GPs, families, schools, and other health professionals as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with privacy and professional standards
What We're Looking For
- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Medicare provider number (or eligibility to obtain one), and NDIS registration experience a plus
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check
- Own professional indemnity insurance
- Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach
- Experience across paediatric and/or adult caseloads preferred
Engagement Details
- Contract type: Part-time (days/hours negotiable)
- Rate: Negotiable — dependent on experience and qualifications
- Location: Parramatta clinic, with telehealth options available
