What we are looking for:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Team Member to support the delivery of road and drainage maintenance works across the Fraser Coast. You will work as part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality outcomes while contributing to safe and efficient operations in public environments
What your day will look like:
- Deliver road construction and maintenance works to standard
- Operate plant, tools and equipment safely and responsibly
- Assist with traffic control and worksite safety measures
- Complete pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance
- Record work activities, timesheets and service requests
- Work cooperatively within a team and support continuous improvement

What you’ll need for success:
- General Construction Induction (White Card)
- Valid MR driver licence (QLD recognised)
- Experience in road and drainage maintenance activities
- Ability to safely operate plant, tools and equipment
- Sound understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices and systems for work recording

- Traffic Management Implementation (Level 2)
- Chainsaw Level 1
- Safe Working near Exposed Live Parts (SWNELP)
