Help Us Build Something Needed in Ulladulla
Every Human is expanding our aged care supports into the Ulladulla area, and we're looking for experienced local Support Workers to help us build a small, reliable team.
We are expanding into the area because older people and families are seeking support at home, and there is a genuine need for experienced workers who can provide compassionate, dependable care.
We are particularly looking for workers with aged care and End of Life (EOL) experience.
About the Work
Most of our aged care clients receive support in their own homes.
Some receive short-term packages, generally for approximately 4–12 weeks, while clients receiving End of Life support may require ongoing assistance.
Because clients and their needs change, this role will suit someone who values flexibility and would like the opportunity to gradually build their hours and local client base.
Supports may include:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Shopping and errands
- Transport and medical appointments
- Mobility assistance
- Medication support within your scope and training
- Supporting clients following illness or hospitalisation
- Supporting clients with changing health needs
- End of Life care and support
- Providing calm and respectful support to clients and their families
- Accurate documentation and reporting of changes or concerns
Who We're Looking For
Experience in aged care is important for this position, and experience supporting people receiving End of Life care is highly regarded.
We're looking for people who are:

- Calm when someone's health or circumstances change
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Good communicators
- Reliable with documentation and reporting
- Flexible with their availability
- Genuinely interested in supporting people within their local community
Hours
We want to be transparent that there is not a guaranteed full caseload from day one.
We are building our Ulladulla team first so that we can confidently accept local clients.
Your hours can then grow depending on:
- Your availability
- Your experience and skills
- Client needs
- Worker/client compatibility
- The number of clients you would like to support
Some workers may want a small number of regular hours. Others may want to gradually build a larger caseload.
We are happy to work with the right people to build something that suits both the worker and the people we support.
There may also be opportunities to support NDIS participants as our local services grow, if this is an area you're interested in.
Requirements
Successful applicants will need appropriate qualifications, screening and compliance requirements relevant to the role.
We are particularly interested in applicants who hold or are willing to maintain:
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or relevant experience
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check where required
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- Appropriate NDIS training if providing NDIS supports
