Your Impact, With Us
As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role, managing and mentoring Practice Managers to deliver high-quality, patient-centred services across our Victorian clinics.
Based in Melbourne, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and medical leadership to enhance operational efficiency, uplift service standards, and enable growth through innovation and strategic direction.
You’ll make a meaningful impact by:
- Leading and developing practice teams to achieve excellence in care and service
- Manage the day to day operations of the practice to provide efficient and effective services supporting the superior delivery of patient care
- Driving patient and referrer satisfaction through service delivery innovation
- Supporting strategic initiatives including expanding services and onboarding new doctors
- Ensuring efficient financial performance and resource utilisation
- Championing change and continuous improvement aligned with Advara HeartCare's mission
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience leading teams in a healthcare setting
- Strong operational, strategic, and people leadership skills
- Demonstrated financial skills and commercial acumen
- A current driver’s licence
- A commitment to excellence, innovation, and patient-focused service

- Qualifications in business, leadership, or allied health
- A track record of effective performance management and team development
- Strong interpersonal and change management capabilities
