About us
Formed in 1917, QEC is a public sector Early Parenting and Community Services organisation, supporting families across Noble Park, Wodonga, Preston, Hastings and Morwell to build parenting confidence and help children thrive. We deliver a variety of services and support programs to families with young children (aged from newborn to 4 years of age) in partnership with government and not for profit partners.
Our evidence-based programs work alongside families, building on their strengths to support children’s safety, health and development.
At QEC, we work together with families and communities to create a respectful, inclusive and welcoming environment. We celebrate the different strengths and experiences that everyone brings.
We embrace diversity and want to make sure our places, processes and services are fair, more accessible, and open to all. It is important to us that people can express their beliefs, values and needs and that these are heard and understood so that everyone feels safe, respected and feels a sense of belonging.
