Dental Lab Technician — Digital Workflow Specialist
We’re seeking an experienced lab technician to join our busy implant practice. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a high-volume digital environment and takes pride in producing precision work.
About the role
You’ll be working closely with our clinical team on complex full-arch implant cases, from digital design through to final delivery. The role spans the full digital workflow, with a focus on same-day and next-day turnaround for surgical and prosthetic deliverables.
What you’ll be doing
- CAD/CAM design for full-arch implant-supported restorations
· 3D printing of surgical guides, models, and provisional restorations
· Titanium milling for bars, frameworks, and custom abutments
· Managing digital case files from intraoral scans through to production
· Liaising with clinicians on case planning and design approvals
What we’re looking for
· Proven experience in digital dental lab work, particularly full-arch implant cases
· Proficiency with leading CAD software (exocad, 3Shape, or similar)
· Hands-on experience operating 3D printers and milling units, including titanium
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
· A collaborative approach and willingness to engage directly with the clinical team
· Experience with ceramics, staining and glazing preferred
· Qualifications – Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher in Dental Technology (or equivalent).
· Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental laboratory setting.

Pay: $53,367.73 – $98,830.55 per year
