About the role
Provide advanced clinical expertise as a Clinical Nurse Consultant - Surgical Clinical Reviewer within the Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS). This role supports the American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (ACS NSQIP) through the collection, analysis, and submission of surgical quality data, while contributing to the development and implementation of local quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across surgical services to monitor surgical safety and quality indicators, review clinical data, support evidence-based decision making, and identify opportunities for service improvement. The role combines advanced clinical knowledge with data analysis, quality assurance, and clinical governance activities to support excellence in surgical care delivery.

Provide expert advice, education, and leadership in relation to surgical quality, clinical review processes, and service development
