Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings, understand their financial goals and present tailored mortgage solutions
- Focus on investment lending and wealth-building strategies, including negative gearing
- Convert pre-qualified leads into settled deals with a high success rate
- Collaborate closely with Senior Brokers and support staff to ensure smooth settlements
- Maintain strong communication and deliver a high-quality client experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar client-facing lending role
- Confident discussing investment strategies and tailoring solutions
- Demonstrated success in converting high volumes of leads efficiently
- Strong presentation and client engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Driven, results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
