What we are looking for:
We’re seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support. This role plays a key part in coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring priorities stay on track and supporting effective decision-making.
What your day will look like:
- Keep priorities moving by managing schedules, coordinating workflow and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Act as the go-to point of contact for the Directorate—building strong relationships and ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, professionally and with care
- Create clear, high-quality reports, briefings and correspondence that help inform decisions and keep stakeholders well informed
- Play a key role in bringing Directorate initiatives to life, coordinating activities and working collaboratively to deliver outcomes
- Help strengthen how we work, contributing to streamlined systems, consistent processes and effective governance
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational challenges, resolving issues and keeping business running smoothly
- Support the Director with financial and procurement processes, helping track budgets and coordinate purchasing activities

What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working in a busy environment. You will demonstrate:
- Experience providing executive or high-level administrative support
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Well-developed skills in preparing clear and accurate documents and correspondence
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate systems, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
