Excellent opportunities now exist for Full-Time or Part-Time Shuttle Bus Drivers to join our team, located in Hendra, Brisbane. We are looking for team members who like to look after their customers, with a hands on role to keep you moving all shift long.
THE ROLE, RATES AND ROSTERS
Shuttle bus drivers are the bridge for our customers, between us and the airport. You’ll move customer safely and swiftly to and from Brisbane Airport terminals as well as Brisbane International Cruise Terminal, while making the trip enjoyable with great chatter. Using our in bus software, you’ll also process customers being collected in our systems to ensure our customer service officers and yard staff are fully updated about returning customers, so their car is ready on arrival.

In terms of rates and rostering, as of June 28th:
- Both full-time and part-time positions are available
- We run a rotating roster of AM and PM shifts across all 7 days, planned in advance so you can plan your social life
- Weekday base rate is $25.52/hr, rising to $26.33/hr after 6 months. Higher rates apply from 7:00PM – 7:00AM.
- Weekend base rate is $38.28/hr, rising to $39.50/hr after 6 months.
- Public holiday higher rates apply.
Rates to be reviewed upwards in early July.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE
- Excellent driving skills, with experience in larger customer transporting vehicles viewed favourably
- Full Australian driver’s license and Driver Accreditation. If you don’t have a Driver Accreditation, it will be a condition of your employment to apply for one immediately.
- High customer service standards, including making great customer conversation
- Ability to assist with luggage, you will be lifting 20kg
- Enjoys continuously being on the move
- A reliable and honest personality
- A can-do attitude!
- Availability on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Current Police Check (or willingness to get one after interview)
