OVERNIGHT BAKER / BAKERY ASSISTANT
Jane’s Scrolls | Brisbane
We’re looking for an extra baker / bakery assistant to join our overnight production team at Jane’s Scrolls.
This role is hands-on and fast paced, helping prepare our scrolls for weekend markets across Brisbane.
Shifts:
- Friday 10pm – Saturday 6am
- Saturday 10pm – Sunday 6am
What you’ll be doing:
- Proofing dough
- Baking scrolls
- Icing & decorating
- Packing orders for markets
- General bakery prep & cleaning
We’re looking for someone who:
- Works well under pressure
- Is reliable and punctual
- Enjoys hands-on work
- Can work efficiently in a team
- Has baking, kitchen or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
This is a casual overnight role paid under the relevant award, including applicable evening, overnight, Saturday and Sunday penalty rates.
Approx. $35–45/hr depending on shift times and penalties.
