We’re looking for an AI Solutions Advisor to play a pivotal role in shaping how AI is applied across our Asia Pacific region. Sitting at the intersection of business need and technical delivery, you will identify, define and guide AI opportunities from early idea through to scalable solution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across disciplines, combining business analysis, solution design, and delivery coordination, to ensure AI solutions are practical, governed, and impactful.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Shape and prioritise AI opportunities
Define the right solution approach
Bridge the business needs and AI delivery
Drive consistency and scale
Enable safe and governed AI
(Desirable) Experience working across project delivery or bids in AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction), built environment or infrastructure sector
This role plays a critical part in ensuring AI is applied in a consistent, scalable and responsible way across our Mott MacDonald’s business in the Asia Pacific region as well as helping client organisations with their own AI journeys. You will directly influence how we move from experimentation to embedded capability, improving delivery quality, enabling innovation, and supporting better outcomes for our clients and teams.
