We’re seeking an experienced Team Leader CSSD to provide day-to-day leadership and support to our dedicated CSSD team, helping ensure the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality sterilisation services within a busy clinical environment.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Advanced experience as an Instrument Technician

Experience within endoscopy environments

Certificate IV in Sterilisation
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Confidence in decision-making and team leadership
-
A positive, reliable and professional approach

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
