Disability Support Worker | Consistent Hours | Small Dedicated Team
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our established team supporting one young woman in her family home and community.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a small, highly consistent team where you can build genuine relationships and make a meaningful difference every day.
Unlike larger services where support workers may work across multiple participants, our team focuses solely on one participant. This allows staff to develop a deep understanding of her communication style, routines, preferences, goals, and support needs while working alongside family and allied health professionals.
No two days are exactly the same. One day may involve supporting community outings, swimming, walks, communication activities, or skill-building opportunities, while another may focus on supporting routines at home and helping create positive, engaging experiences throughout the day.
Why This Role Is Different
We believe great support comes from consistency, teamwork, and truly knowing the person you support.
Our team is intentionally small, allowing staff to work closely together, share knowledge, and celebrate progress as a team. We provide extensive guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure staff feel confident and supported in their role.
Whether you are experienced in disability support or looking to build a long-term career in the sector, this role offers an excellent opportunity to learn within a structured and supportive environment.
