We're looking for a vibrant Café Supervisor to lead service and support the day-to-day operations of the café. If you're passionate about coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love developing great teams, we'd love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a team of baristas team during breakfast service
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assisting with staff training, onboarding and development
- Managing rosters, stock control and ordering
- Maintaining high presentation, cleanliness and service standards
- Supporting the venue leadership team with daily operations
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant leadership role
- A confident and approachable leader who leads by example
- An understanding of coffee and how to execute the perfect pour
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality, coffee and guest experience
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Experience with POS systems and hospitality technology is highly regarded
