Guzman y Gomez (GYG) Frenchs Forest is on the lookout for an upbeat, fun, and reliable Shift Leader to join our fast-growing family!
As a Shift Leader, you aren't just managing clocks and checklists—you are the heartbeat of the shift. You will lead, coach, and inspire our amazing crew members during busy trade periods, making sure the energy stays sky-high, the music keeps pumping, and every single guest walks out with a massive smile.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Inspire the Crew: Team up with the management squad to train, coach, and motivate the crew to deliver first-class guest service.
Own the Shift: Lead by example on the line or the registers, keeping the vibe fun, focused, and fast.
Keep it Clean & Safe: Champion our 100% clean food standards, food safety, and top-tier presentation.
Run the Numbers: Help manage labour, look after deliveries, and smash store goals like a pro!
Qualifications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A naturally friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality—someone who loves working with people!
Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a busy retail, hospitality, or fast-food environment.
A "customer-first" mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure when the lunch or dinner rush hits.
Availability to work a flexible roster, including some evenings and weekends.
A completed Food Safety Supervisor certificate and RSA (or a total willingness to get them!).
