We operate a premium flooring design studio on the Gold Coast. Our customers aren't shopping on price. They're making considered decisions about their homes and they want someone who can guide them through it properly. That's what this role is.
What you'll be doing:
You'll work directly with homeowners, renovators, architects, and designers, understanding what they're trying to achieve, helping them navigate a premium product range, and guiding them through the process from first visit to deposit. You'll also build and lead a small sales team as we grow, and take ownership of the studio's revenue targets.
This is a consulting and leadership role. The products do the selling. Your job is to make sure the right customer ends up with the right floor.
Who we're looking for:
Someone who genuinely knows flooring. That could mean years in a showroom environment or years on the tools we're open to both. What we're not open on is product knowledge and customer service standards.

You'll need:
- Deep flooring knowledge - residential and commercial experience welcomed
- Experience guiding customers through considered, high-value purchase decisions
- The ability to build and develop a small team around you
- High standards that don't slip when the boss isn't watching
- Full Australian working rights, we are unable to offer sponsorship or consider working holiday visa holders for this role
- Gold Coast based or ready to relocate
