Case Manager – Transitional Housing (Men’s Program)
Alice Springs, NT | Full Time | SCHADS Level 4
The Salvation Army believes every person deserves dignity, respect and the chance to rebuild their life with safety and stability. In Alice Springs, the Men’s Transitional Housing Program offers more than a roof. It provides a pathway forward for men navigating homelessness, trauma and complex life challenges.
This role is an opportunity to walk alongside people at a pivotal moment in their lives. Many participants arrive carrying heavy stories, deep uncertainty and a longing for change. Your presence, your consistency and your compassion help create the conditions where hope can take root again. If you find purpose in helping others regain their footing and move toward long term wellbeing, this work will speak to you.
As a Case Manager, you will be part of a small, committed team supporting men living in transitional housing. Your days will be varied and meaningful. You will listen, guide, advocate and help participants take practical steps toward stability and independence.
You will build genuine relationships, create case plans together with participants and help them connect with services, community supports and opportunities that strengthen their future. You will also work closely with the Team Leader and local agencies across the NT to ensure coordinated and culturally respectful care.
This is a full time, permanent role based in Alice Springs, with salary and conditions aligned to SCHADS Level 4.
