Applications are invited for a Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join the team at Leeton Early Learning Centre on a full time basis.
Applicants for this position will hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children Services 0-5 years and will have solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
Child Safety Requirement
We are committed to providing a child-safe environment. All applicants must be over 18 years of age and are required to hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and a current Police Check. A current First Aid Certificate would be desirable, or must be willing to obtain.
The primary purpose of the position:

Provide active supervision, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children.

Assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of activity programs
Salary and Conditions: The position will attract an hourly rate of pay of $31.38 to $36.96 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. 12% Superannuation is applicable to this position.
The position is 76 hours per fortnight (Part-time/Job share may be considered).
Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award.
Prior to commencement the successful applicant will be required to undergo a Functional Assessment which includes an Alcohol & Other Drug screening. It is also a requirement, on commencement, to provide evidence of being Covid-19 vaccinated.
