About the Role:
As an Assistant In Nursing / Support Worker working in Home Care, you are willing and capable of traveling to other people’s homes or community. You are a go-getter, positive and patient individual and have a passion for helping others. Your hours are flexible, can work autonomously and have basic skills in using a smart phone.
With a minimum Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or similar, you are capable of delivering the following services to our clientele throughout Ryde area and surrounds, Including, but not limited to;
- Personal Care
- Social Support
- Domestic Assistance
- Transport
- Respite/Live In
- Overnight services
Successful candidates must have:
- Certificate III in Individual support (or equivalent/higher equivalent)
- Valid Drivers Licence & reliable car
- NDIS Worker Check
- First Aid certificate
- Manual Handling Skills (Fullbody hoist, etc...)
- Positive & enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Overseas nursing experience is preferred but necessary
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.56 – $42.74 per hour
Education:
- Certificate I - IV (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Drivers Licence and Roadworthy Vehicle (Preferred)
