Where you'll be working
This position is located at the Hornsby Centre of Northern Sydney Home Nursing.
What you'll be doing
The CSO will provide timely and accurate administrative/transactional services for members of the health care team under the direction of the NUM. The CSO will work under broad supervision but will be required to take some application of established work practices and procedures. Decisions affecting the overall functioning and management of the ward/unit remain the responsibility of the N/MUM.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, courteously and professionally with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under broad supervision, manage a diverse range of administrative duties, and contribute effectively within a team in a high-pressure, high-volume service environment.
- Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and meet deadlines in a busy work environment.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and NSW Health-related systems, such as PowerChart, Content Manager, StaffLink, HealthRoster, Fleet Management, Kiteworks or other relevant clinical and administrative platforms.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
